On April 26, the 19th World Intellectual Property Day, Ronda managing partner Zhengxing Luo was invited as a guest speaker to participate in the special event of "Brand Protection of E-commerce with its New Trends in the New Era of Retail". It was organized by Marketing Association of Guangdong with the aim of building a comprehensive system of online brand protection for local companies.

Powei Zhang, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General, and Yanmian Cai, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association, attended the event as the organizers. During the event, Mr. Luo, IP expert of Ronda, focused on the theme of "new business opportunity: trends of property rights for new E-commerce", provided an insightful analysis on the new trends of e-commerce industry, and talked about the situation of trademark infringement in new retail sector. He explained IPR protection from a fresh perspective and impressed the audience with a productive sharing session.
Meanwhile, Lan Wu, a trademark consultant of Dot Trademark, gave her sharing on the topic of "protection of brands brings business value".
During the event, Powei Zhang presented plaques for newly joined business members, hoping to get more professional institutions on board and encourage them to develop their awareness of brand protection. All of these helped Marketing Association of Guangdong to provide better brand management guidance and services for enterprises from all sectors in the province.
